Worst car dealership I have ever been to. Had an appointment to see a 2018 Ram truck. Took several minutes for a dealer to even talk to. When finally spoke to a dealer about the truck, I was told they could not find the keys!!!! �. I was told there was nothing they could do, sorry. Place is an absolute joke

Soooooo....SsssssLOooooWwww......Pre-selected vehicle off website, been waiting around 3 hrs, this is worst than going to the dentist. Waiting for finance rep., ironically I'm not financing, paying cash. This is painful. If vechicle wasn't worth it, I wouldn't wait bc this is RIDICULOUS!!! All the free snacks in the world could not make up for this wait. I will never bring my car to you every again. I came to your dealership with a spongy break pedal after having my breaks fail and running a red light. Your dealership charged me over $100 to tell me that I needed new breaks and bleed the lines. After this was done the breaks failed a second time. We contacted your service dept and were told there is nothing wrong with our vehicle. We took it to a different Ford dealership and was told that Twin Pine ford should have NEVER let you drive this off the lot. That was back on Nov ... read more
