I had a great experience at Twin Pine. The best part was Miquel Ariza. He was my salesperson. Answered all questions. Very friendly. Very infornative. He made it possible for me to purchase a car. Every thing worked out in my favor. I found the whole showroom friendly. No high pitched sales. I recommend everyone to ask for Miquel. Close to home. Very pleased. Drove 2 hours to purchase truck. The. salesman informed me over the phone that they do not hold vehicles However, when I arrived I picked put a vehicle only to be told by the salesman that they mysteriously cant find the keys. We waited for a hour for him to tell me there is nothing he can do. Not once did a manager come out to speak us.I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
