After the purchase of my vehicle, I had nothing but problems. I am currently stuck in a lemon law situation and very dissatisfied with Twin Pines handling of the situation.
Actually quit impressed with Twin Pine Ford's upper management. I originally gave this business a one due to the unpleasant experience I originally had. I was immediately contacted by the GM who apologized and heard me out. I was very impressed that the GM would take time out of his day when he was out of the office to hear my concerns. While I did not purchase a car from this dealership, I was very impressed how upper management took the time to hear my concerns.
UPDATE:. I received a call from Rob (GM) to further discuss my post. After some further explanation the current issue with the recall has been satisfied to the best of the dealerships ability to due to waiting on car manufacturer for parts. I am pleased with Rob's current resolution to the situation. I will give the dealership another chance in the future. (8/20/18) I would not recommend! I needed to replace a vehicle that was damaged. I was met at the door by Joelziah who listened to my needs. He asked my friend and I to have a refreshment while he looked at the inventory for vehicles to show me. He located several and explained the features to me. We decided on a Nissan Rogue, and he discussed what I would need to do when I received the figures from my insurance. I obtained everything and he referred me to Seth B who had me test drive the car.
