This was the best experience I’ve had when buying a vehicle. There was no pressure to buy and they worked with what I had to make sure I got what I wanted. I would highly recommend Twin Pone Ford and I will definitely go back when I’m in the market again.
I purchased a 2014 Passat SE & Josh Merckle was excellent to work with. He was very helpful but not pushy at all. We were able to make decisions without any pressure from him or the finance staff. He provided me with a loaner vehicle while the one I purchased was being inspected & detailed. I would buy from Twin Pine again in a heartbeat!
