We weren’t expecting to buy a vehicle but after my primary mode of transportation unexpectedly died we made a decision to get a vehicle that would be able to transport our family of 7 if our van ever has problems. This has got to be the absolute worst dealership. I would 100% recommend you take your vehicles to literally any other ford dealership other than this one. John was completely unorganized with no communication skills and Hans was totally untruthful about how long to expect the vehicle to be done. The communication is so poor and even speaking to the manager shows they are a poorly managed staff. There is no urgency in fulfilling their promises or scheduled times.
