Frustrated with service department. scheduled drop off appointment for today over a week ago. arrived and dropped off car at 730 leaving keys in outside box. indicated I needed car by 330. didn't hear from anyone all day and made several attempts to call. arrived at 340 to find car had not been touched. spoke with service who said they were busy today and didn't get to it yet. told them I wanted keys and I'd reschedule. was told they could have it done in half hour if I wanted to wait. left and scheduled service at another g... read more
