I'd rate 0 if I could. Trash and Recycling are picked up generally "on time", however that can range so broadly throughout the day that it's impossible to know when pickup will actually be.That in itself is one thing I could give a pass to, but customer service from the phones to the street workers is unbelievably terrible. Horrible trash collection company. They not only miss collections, but each time the collection is missed, the customer service reps are claiming to reschedule for a collection that doesn't happen. My account has a zero balance so there's no logical reason this company wouldn't provide the sanitary service it's being paid to provide. Being lied to by the representatives on two different days confirming a missed collection was possibly the worst part. 2 weeks ago the only took part of our trash. I called 3x that day and was promised another truck was coming back. On the 4th call the rep and their supervisor told me no one was coming, and they cant send someone like I had been promised. The following week-call that the service is delayed but no indication of how long of a delay. I called and was told delayed until the following weeks pick up. We pay with a 3 month advance payment for weekly trash pick up with Republic Services and the service for the 19th was not rendered. There was also no commitment to their 3 rescheduled pick *** to fulfill this service agreement.They didnt even drive by the house on the 19th. Scheduled a missed pick up on the 19th. We received an Invoice from Republic Services on 4/4/2022 for the next years services. The invoice was dated 3/31/2022. We called can cancelled our service on 4/5/2022 and dropped off our container on 4/6/2022. Our last pickup was on 3/31/2022. We were told since we did not cancel prior to 3/31/2022 we would have to pay for the entire next year, even thought we did not receive the invoice with the increase payment until after 3/31/2022. I too, have been the victim of Republic Services. I quickly canceled after 3 straight weeks of them not picking up my trash on time. I even received a **** for the containers which they have not even pick up as well. Worst service ever, don't know how they are still in business.

My experience with this company has been awful. They missed my pickup once and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second time it happened I contacted their customer service and the scheduled a pickup for the following Tuesday. I noticed on that Monday that they had come and pickup up my neighbor's trash on both sides of me. I called their customer service to confirm the pickup date and they assured me that it was on the schedule for Tuesday. I have been a customer for 13 years. their prices keep going up. I called to canceled my account with them and they billed me $165.90 for April 2022 and I received no services. I have called before about no pick-up and they seemed to put the blame on me. When I called to cancel and told them again about no pick-up they told me they had no record of it. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVIVE. Stay away from doing business with them.
