Failure to receive the service I paid for. Missed trash pickup for three weeks. Called and canceled my service due to this reason. Had to continue to call for this company to remove their receptacle off my property. Was given numerous removal dates with no follow through. Receive a **** of services they no longer had provided. Ive had this service for the past 6 years and prices just keep getting higher and higher for the same poor service! I pay almost $200 every billing cycle for MISSED pickups! I try to call to let them know that they missed my pickup day and no one answers. I go onto my online account and report the missed pickup, even receiving a confirmation email, and my trash remains full to the brim. I understand price increase when fuel prices skyrocket, but the prices are never adjusted when fuel goes back down. However, regardless of p... read more

I moved into a new house and informed them that we needed trash cans picked up as we did not need as many as were here. I was told to leave the cans out all week and they would pick them up. They did not. I called back on Monday of the following week and informed them that I have a strict HOA and that my having garbage cans out all week is not a good idea. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I can give this company a 0 I would. We had a compost bin delivered at our company and they have yet to pick it up the compost trash and its been 3 months. I have called the office and talked to numerous people and nobody has reached back out to me. They promised us the price that was given on our estimate and we have ended up paying double. We got charged $95.00 for putting a trash bags (3) in the recycling which this has never been a problem until last month (11 months). Worst service and custom... read more

I was a customer for over 10 years. Decided to cancel services and was very upset that they charged me $45 to pick up their trash container. I never received any paper bills through the ten years. I had to call in to get my account details and pay bills. The service started at $95 a year and now is over $325 per year. I took my business to someone who is upfront with charges and contacts me.

Words can't even begin to describe how completely disgusted I am with the customer service of this company. Not only have I not been given consistent information but each time I have had to call about an issue, which there have been many, I have been treated VERY rudely. Their customer service representatives are very cold and uncaring individuals who do NOT care in the least about the human they are speaking with nor do they seem to have any interest in doing their job. Republic doesn't deliver on services contracted. They miss recycle days and are totally unresponsive on their ***************** Line". Their Customer Resource representatives simply lie to get you off the phone.I only rate them one star because I can't go any lower.

Republic Services AGREEMENT states WEEKLY pick up. They DO NOT honor and will not use an extra day of the week to make up their poor service. Republic Services would not be our garbage pick-up service, if we had another option. Absolutely the worse service our family and many others deal with. They need competition badly then they could close their doors.They do not deserve a star rating however I pick the lowest.

They haven't picked up our trash in three freaking weeks.Every time I call I get a new excuse and a promise that it's going to be picked up.The first time it was only supposed to be the delay of a day.The second week no information or phone call from the company at all.This third week I called, and they promised that it was back on normal schedule because they hired drivers.Well our pick up was yesterday and our trash is still sitting there overflowed.You can't take people's money and not fulfill your service, that's called ... read more
