my yard waste was to start today and they failed to let us know the pick up needed to be scheduled 24 hour prior to the pickup. I did not get that call and they won't pick up. I have also paid for this month and they told me I can go get yard bags and they will pick up to 5 extra bags. I told the lady that why should I pay to buy bag when I am paying them for service.

We have had service with republic services for almost 9 years. In the past year they have raised our rates every quarter. We under stand that they have the right to increase the amount, the same as we have the right to change providers. This last billing cycle they raised our rate to ****** a quarter for normal residential 2 x a week pick up. Republic Services bought out a local waste removal company and refused to honor the current contract I was in. They left multiple cans of garbage sitting on the curb for multiple weeks. I called and requested my services to be terminated and a prorated payment for the remaining weeks sent to me. They refused to do so, the "customer service" rep I spoke with was just reading some vague answer off of a screen. This was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. They continue to pick up my garbage and have not refunded my payment.

Republic Trash has missed many days of trash pickup. I have the notifications that come to my phone. We are a healthcare facility and cannot have this type of trash accumulating around our dumpster.I sent a certified letter notifying Republic of intent to cancel. They will not return my calls as I am trying to get confirmation of a pickup date so my new company can deliver their dumpsters.

We have used the trash pick up company for at least 3 years - many times they were not consistently weekly picking up trash. We paid $50 for a drop off "Republic" container because they kept missing the old our bought ***** ****** one so we finally relented to use one of their containers. Prices have increased 30% since we began and then they had the AUDACITY of charging us $50 to pick up the one we thought we had bought!! I am furious. - please don't get their services! Shady!

I had my household and bulk garbage set out for pickup on my scheduled pickup date. As a matter of fact, it was set out the day prior. For the sake of me, I dont know why the bulk pickup truck would either not run their route or just not pick up like they are supposed to. I have contacted the office concerning this issue and according to their procedures someone should have responded within 48 hours to pick the trash up. Extremely unresponsive and they pick the trash up when they feel like it... sometimes not at all during the course of weeks. They have not serviced us since 3/22/22and it is now April 4/6/22 I called three times and was told they would take care of it. Our dumpster is still full. I se there are 879 reviews with an average rating of ****. This is a company that simply does not care and people should steer clear from using them. This review is for service of a church.

They ********** too much to deliver and pick up containers. I found better pricing so decided to switch, I was changed $100 for them to remove the containers. Rip off.

They have refused to pick up a box spring I have had scheduled for the past 3 weeks now. I have called 4 different times about the issue and every time its an excuse as to why they missed it. I confirmed with them the 2nd time I called they didnt require the item to be wrapped and they would pick up the box spring. They refused again today because it wasnt wrapped in plastic. This is a pitiful company. Hoping another waste provider starts servicing my area soon.
