I realize it's probably pointless to leave a review because most all trash service companies are horrible... but right now I need to vent because it literally sickens me to have pay my quarterly **** for trash pick-up that happens MAYBE once a month. In four months-time, my trash has MAYBE been picked-up 5 times. If I had a choice to use another crappy trash company, I would... but I don't. TERRIBLE! No one answers the phone. Chats are automated and do not resolve the problems. Emails are not responded to. We are a residential customer. We have received an automated phone call for the last 3 weeks that due to circumstances out of their control, our trash service will not happen this week. We have not had trash service pick up for now a MONTH. This is ridiculous. There MUST be some sort of solution here. Missed service for 3 weeks and they never follow up with your complain. Called numerous times because they failed to deliver a new trash Bin and recycle bin for 3 weeks and said they escalated the case but nothing was done. Such a poor service.

I'll begin by saying our drivers have always been very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the company does not value its customers and has been dishonest during every conversation. They have missed 5 consecutive pick-*** and continue to say, "We'll have someone out tomorrow" when I call. Their representatives are rude, dishonest and unhelpful. Absolutely the worse company there is for trash removal. I gave it a 1 star because 0 was not an option. I have to call every month a dispute something. Either errors on the **** , no pick up as schedule , or going to the wrong house. Absolute nightmare.

Driver is rude misses garbage service. Dont hire they do not appreciate your business. Randys is much better.
