I've applied with biz2credit for a SBA loan 02/15 and their system went down. I don't know if I got caught in the glitch or fraudulent activity but my dashboard has been stuck on denied due to multiple lenders. I only applied with biz2credit to credit for my loan. I have been emailing with no response. The customer service is lacking to say the least. I need someone to look at my account to let me know what is going on. This is very frustrating and my company is suffering because of it.

Send 3 emails and calls and no answer terrible customer service. First approved then etrans number then back to the verification process and now need more documents. I just want them to release and cancel this loan so I can go apply somewhere else. This has been a nightmare decision they ended up sending me I am approved to get me to stay with them only to give me the run around after they said they will fund in 10 business days. Do not waste your time with Biz2credit. SBA says funds on hold.

All was going smoothly until a mistake (on their part) was made on my PPP loan application, and I was unable to reach anybody in the company to get it fixed! I tried emailing about 20 different email addresses, called every number I could find on the internet day after day, and still haven't been able to get through to one person. I still haven’t received my funds yet and it’s been over 3 weeks since I applied. I have reached out a number of times and still no one has reached out back to me to explain what is going on. There is no transparency with this company so far

My loan #****** has been in review for 20 days without any updates. I’ve been waiting to receive an update and my loan closing docs for 3 weeks. I have already signed form ****. Can someone email my closing documents to me please. I’ve emailed summit, Peterson, Deepak, and Bolton. I don’t want to have to withdraw my application but I’d like to be sent my closing docs TODAY so my loan can be funded ASAP.

The entire process was great. Having 1000's of applications to process and yet they still responded to any and all emails in a timely manner. I would recommend Biz2Credit to anyone looking for funds from the SBA.
I applied for a PPP loan on February 16, 2021. I have yet to receive ANYTHING from the company, not even my login information. I have emailed their customer support team and made numerous phone calls. I have not recieved a correspondence email, reply, or answer.

Do Not use! Save yourself the headache. They are horrible!! I’ve sent 13 emails and NO Response. My application has been “submitted “ for 5 weeks. You can’t get through on the phone and they don’t respond to emails. I can’t believe they are responsible for supposedly helping people. They are HORRIBLE!!!
