Biz2Credit exceeded my expectations and made an intimidating process easy. Helpful reminders all through the process.
It has taken three weeks for a PPP application to be processed by Biz2Credit. I was supposedly "Funded" on 2/17/21. I have emailed 3 separate support people, called my bank several times, it is now 2/22/21 and I still have no funds. I am not happy at all with the process I have had to go through to received a loan funding amount that is nearly half of what other banks have approved me for. I started my application for ppp on the 20th of January it is now the 21st of February, very unprofessional company, filled out a second application just to see if it’ll work nope nothing, my business has been suffering financially and Biz2credit has been zero help.

Don’t do as policy say for funding signed all paperwork and still nothing after a month do better B2C

Hello, I have applied with this company and had to withdraw my first application due to I did not have all information . So i resubmitted with the correct information. I dont understand why is it so hard to reach a CSR. I have checked my portal to see updates on what the next step is. They do not send you emails requesting anything just change the statuus. My status went from review documents to review/upload documents. What documents are needing to be uploaded . NO answer to emails or phone calls . MY application is *******... read more

Been super patient however I can’t sit any longer no one answers a phone no email reply to a simple question I’m flabbergasted funded 02/12 no deposit as of yet others signing 13 14 15 16 17 February funded funds in account next day can’t get a live human to tell me if there’s an issue my business meanwhile struggling one answered said I’ll call you in ten minutes never heard from again I need answers they have potential for good review however this is completely unacceptable that I can’t speak or contact a soul
