Simple and a lot quicker than I thought great job

I applied for ppp funding and got approved. I even signed the docs already and then like a week later I checked back on the site after not receiving funding, and then found out I was denied approval. Biz2Credit provided an email to reach out to them with a guy named John. I emailed him, ********** * **************, and there has yet been any response for the past 5 days or so.. I got my loan amount very quickly. It was deposited directly into my account, and it was the amount that they had stated!
Cannot get anyone to either answer the phone or reply to emails. Applied for PPP loan via *******, and neither have been helpful. Can someone who leaves 5 stars please share a phone number or email that I could reach someone.

I applied and was approved for my 2nd draw signed my closing paperwork on the 15th. My loan on the Caweb says it originated on the13th which I thought you only have 10 days to fund however I have yet to be funded. No communication at all emails left unanswered I just don’t understand

I'm waiting to hear from this company for over three weeks about my PPP2 loan. I was told that more information is needed before I can access my funds. I checked my account to be sure all my documents are in, and my ACH info is there too. I also emailed my "account rep" three weeks ago and never heard anything back. I can't get a hold of anyone on the phone. Their website has a "contact us" form that does not work and no one answers the phone number listed, not even a message. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR PPP loans.

I applied 02/08 for PPP as FIRST DRAW. Our app is DONE, but it says “More Info Needed.” I‘ve been calling/emailing MANY diff numbers & emails but NO response. My “Loan SPECIALIST” DEEPAK T hasn’t responded ONCE. I emailed a person I heard is helpful, but she said I need to verify “Proof of Ownership.” I email for 2+ days asking what they need & she replied “Funder status updated to - Returned to Sales.
