I have been at the same place for almost a month, even thought the portal says 10-12 business days. I received an approval and am waiting to be funded. I have called and emailed so many times but nothing. I am so frustrated because I know that I have been approved for this loan, I feel as though my funds are being held hostage without as much as a response to a simple email.

worst loan company ever.my ppp loan has been approoved for nearly a month and has not been moved to closing.my a advise to anyone trying to file for ppp loan is to look for other loan company.

I would leave zero stars if possible, but sadly that is not an option. I have tried and failed to contact anyone at Biz2Credit regarding canceling my application for a PPP loan. I have emailed and left voicemails to no avail. I am extremely frustrated and am beginning to wonder if this is a fraudulent enterprise. I discourage anyone from pursuing a PPP loan through this company. I have spoken with my bank about them and they have heard from many clients that have the same issues I do.

Worst experience ever. After waiting almost 2 weeks I finally received my loan documents, signed and submitted them. A week later I get documents with the amount of the loan lowered by 14k. I found out that they miscalculated. I started my business in October of 2019. Instead of them dividing my Line 31 of my Schedule C by those 3 months, they divided by 12 months as if my business was opened the entire year. I also found out I wasn't the only person this has happened to.

Withdrew my PPP application as there was lack of communication which made me skeptical about forgiveness process. They withdrew my application from their portal but not the SBA which prevents me from applying with another lender. They will not respond to emails asking when they will fix the issue and there is absolutely no way to speak with anyone over the phone. During hard times like this for a small woman owned minority business you would think they would at least respond to give customers a piece of mind!

I has been 18 days since I signed my documents and nothing. There is no working number and email is not to helpful either. The law says 10-12 days well I am close to 21 days. I am not sure why this has taken to long but they have passed the 10-12 day PPP processing law and now I can't even go elsewhere. This has been the worst experience ever in life. Like why give an Etran number and then 3 weeks later still no funding. This has been so hurtful and stressful to say the least.

Horribly unresponsive company taking advantage of people. Applied for a PPP loan with them. You’ll typically get approved and receive an e-tran number for your loan. Once that happens you can’t apply with another company who could process your loan much faster than B2C. They trap you. Do not use them. It’s been 2 weeks since I’ve applied with proper documentation and I’m stuck on ‘Information Needed’ without any follow up. So disappointing. Avoid.
