Biz2Credit application is very user friendly. I just wish there was a little more transparency on timelines. I have signed my closing documents on 2/12/2021 and my loan has yet to be funded into my account. I understand that they are extremely busy, but once your application reaches this part of the process there should be minimal delays.

The process was easy and the loan process was very quick. After tirelesly applying with so many different sources this by far was the best one to work with! I will be recommending Biz2Credit to all of my colleagues and friends!!
These company is awesome. I received PPP loans on all occasions even the one turned down by another company(***** ****). Especially for second draw PPP Biz2credit prepared me in advance so I did not have to rush at the time of application. You can communicate with your concerns and they respond quickly. I definitely recommend this company for any loan or grant applications. Best!!!

They did great the only problem I had was that there was no way to talk to anyone, but they did respond to emails quickly.
I received funding over a week ago and have yet to receive my into my account. I tried emailing and calling and no one ever response to any of my questions. This company has terrible customer service

I had super high hopes working with biz2credit. They did a great webinar, they had great reviews on the internet, I felt safe putting my PPP application with them. I started my process with them 1/20 and finally got documents to sign 2/8 I can see my money is active but undisbursed in caweb since 2/8 system. we are going on 30 days to complete a process that others received funds in less than a week. *** ****** ******** **. Frustrated. Lack of communication. No one answers phone. Then when I do email they don't read it. I have tried and tried again to communicate. But nope. Been on contract signed for almost a week now with no update. Would even take an email with time table. But no one responded. I run multiple businesses. Would just like little bit of communication.
