Awesome service, my 2nd draw PPP loan was processed in a timely manner. Application processing system was extremely easy and user friendly.
the only part I didn't like was my dash board kept saying more information needed and the specialist would contact me, no one ever did. you could not reach them by phone or email. the loan was processed fairly quickly by our accountant on line which was great, loved the e-sign of documents. loan was deposited into the bank account we gave.

The process was very easy for a loan. It was very confusing why the names on my emails and dashboard was nerve wracking. There is NO phone assistance. I kept providing the information needed, very reluctantly (because I could not reach a human to talk to). It is legitimate!! Relatively easy as loans go.
The process was quick and easy, with minimal documentation needed, keep in mind we did do this with the help of our CPA. We simply provided the necessary documents, signed those documents, we were approved and the funds were transferred within a few days.

I received my PPP loan 16 days after I applied. The online application is easy and user friendly. My only concern is that it was difficult to speak with a representative when I had a question using the standard methods to contact. I did however reach a rep. and they responded within hours and answered my request the same day. Overall satisfied.
