The process took much longer than they stated. I could not personally connect with the loan agent via email or phone. There was not a telephone number to the main company. I was not notified of each step to complete the process. When I was “approved”, 2 days later my application went from “approved” to “more information needed.” Lastly, during the final process of the application, the loan agent changed and I was not notified until I logged in. I never get any response from my funding specialist. I was assigned a SBA loan number over a week ago and haven't heard anything it just says on my dashboard more info needed even though I have uploaded my documents and there is nobody to talk to. Extremely frustrating and misleading.
