The process was very easy with quick responses. Was much more pleasant than some companies I have worked with and more responsive. I have recommended the company to several people interested in obtaining PPP loans.
I've used multiple companies, such as Biz2Credit, and other online financial institutions, and had great results helping many, many people get PPP loan funding as sole proprietors both in the 1st and 2nd draws. I'm not happy about how difficult (ie impossible) it is to reach anyone at Biz2Credit in the customer service dept -- but this is true for all of these online financial institutions tasked with administering the PPP to small businesses, and who have "automatic" processes with online applications. Biz2Credit was an excellent company to use for pursuing a PPP second draw loan. It's portal was intuitive and easy to use. Almost everything in the portal was in synch with the rules and my understanding of the program. The company did a good job of communicating the steps of the process, even though demand was overwhelming and surely stressful. B2C was the fastest and most efficient non-bank provider of PPP applications. Thank you!
Submitted my first draw PPP loan application through Biz2credit on January 20th. The process has been long and time consuming. I have promptly submitted all documentation required. I could handle the wait however the inability to reach anyone by email or phone is nauseating. They state that due to high volume, emailing is the quickest way for responses. I’m having a difficult time getting a response back on the status of my PPP loan. No one wants to respond to emails.
I wish I would have read reviews before going with this company for ppp. Our loan went from verifying to approve back to re-verifying. This is a time of hardship not ping pong. Businesses are struggling in real-time and needs all the help they can find. Please do not use this company no one answers your calls or emails. I applied on January 27,2021 approved on 02/02/2021 ten days after that they was required to release funds so guess what, they send my application back thru verification so they can hold my funds ten more day... read more
