I wish I would have read reviews before going with this company for ppp. Our loan went from verifying to approve back to re-verifying. This is a time of hardship not ping pong. Businesses are struggling in real-time and needs all the help they can find. Please do not use this company no one answers your calls or emails. I applied on January 27,2021 approved on 02/02/2021 ten days after that they was required to release funds so guess what, they send my application back thru verification so they can hold my funds ten more day... read more

Worst customer services. Me and my wife have been trying to get in touch with them regarding our PPP application. We have been calling for over 3 weeks, and leaving voice mails and nobody call us back. They don't answer emails either. It looks they were overwhelmed by the applications they got, but after more than 4 weeks, you would expect they have corrected this issue, and hire a call center or more people, but no...we have not received any communication from them during this time. PLEASE CALL ME AND MY WIFE BACK.

So I am basically going through what everyone else is. I’m feeling like all my personal information is being comprised. I am also reaching out to a lawyer. This is no way to conduct business. My status’s has not changed after signing docs and “being approved” for the PPP loan. I don’t know what to do at this point. Not a good feeling

I wish i could give -5 star rating, not sure whats going on with my ppp got an email that i was approved no one has contacted me. I have called numerous of times.

This is out of control and I regret using this service for my PPP loan. I have signed the document sent to me, I have submitted all the supporting documents and still nothing is happening. My "funding specialist" got back to me once and I did what she said and then she never responded again. I just logged into my account and see that someone else is now assigned as my "funding specialist" and I haven't had any progress. Communication is the least that I expect in this situation. Good performance for my company in general. My main complaint is there was no way to speak to a human. I am a non-financial guy and had some difficulty knowing what the site was telling me. I left multiple voicemail and e-mail and never did have anyone contact me. All that being said I did get approval and funding in 22 days from submittal.

My loan was approved and funded and a little over a week which was great!!! But come to find out the bank account I linked for my ACH payment was manually changed by someone who works for the company because I received a email after I linked my account which clearly shows the correct information so my money is deposited to an account that’s not mine so who knows when I will get the funds now as trying to reach someone is almost impossible!!!! I applied for and was approved for a PPP loan and there was a problem at the bank which returned my deposit and now I cant get anyone to return calls, emails or get assistance with having my money redeposited. Thier site says to contact the lender immediately which goes to a recording requesting that you leave you name, email and phone number yet no one ever calls back. I am now missing 75,000 dollars of money that the SBA had approved me for and I have exhausted all other avenues to try to resolve this matter outside of cou... read more

As of today 2/11/2021 still no response from anyone and no money either. I have emailed 4 additional people from Biz2Credit with no resolution. I did find discussion groups on ********where numerous other people are having same experiences as me with customer service and support.

This company had me fill personal info out in their site and now I can not get ahold of any one. It’s been two solid weeks of calling, emailing, messaging, etc. no response. Their website is confusing and they keep sending generic emails so you never know if you’ve truly filled something out correctly or if they’re saying you need to fill it out again.
