So far, it’s like pulling hair. I’d like to say my experience with this “company” has been great, but it has not. I’m just trying to finish my filing and I can’t even do that. I have no way to contact them, even the pertinent emails go unanswered. I’d NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE. Ever. If they can not function like a business should, and do what they are supposed to, then they shouldn’t be offering to do it all. Your CUSTOMER should be the priority, no matter what.

My company applied for and were approved for a PPP loan in May, we recieved our SBA loan number in June and were then run around for nearly 2 months , 5 times we were told our funds would be deposited within a day yet this never happened until they informed us that our SBA loan number was to expire soon, we contacted again were promised our loan funds deposited immediately but ran around until the PPP program was closed. It seems either Biz2Credit or its lenders who were guaranteed money by the SBA were either taking the fun... read more
Very upset 2X customer! During pandemic charged over $2500 in fees for one day while I was navigating the company out of uncharted territory. Fees are soul crushing. I am turning over to an attorney, and contacting the Attorney General.
