I received my PPP loan 16 days after I applied. The online application is easy and user friendly. My only concern is that it was difficult to speak with a representative when I had a question using the standard methods to contact. I did however reach a rep. and they responded within hours and answered my request the same day. Overall satisfied.
Communication was great & info. needed was provided in timely manner. Loan was processed & much appreciate Sergio Soto hard work.

I applied for a loan with biz2credit some time ago, uploaded all required documentation and then my application was approved. After that, one of their funding specialists, Gary W*****, told me that the funds would reach my account in a couple of days. So, couple of days passed and I didn't receive anything. * ********** i started the process with bi2credit on January 25, 2021 and received an approval on january 31, 2021 and by february 5th submitted all required documents received timely emails to update the process and on February 11, 2021 i was funded real quick and easy process i recommend them to anyone seeking financial help hassle-free
Service are slow, No customer service in general phone line but they respond Very quick in Email sometime ,sometimes they don't.! I got second drew PPP from them, It total take about 3 weeks. After all Im glad, I got mine just waiting for Next step for forgiveness.
My experience with Bi2credit was simply amazing. The application process was easy to understand, constant updates on process and quick turnaround to funding.
Great process, easy to upload docs, communicated very well throughout the process.
