I do not recommend this company. It has been the worst experience .You can not get a response from anyone. They don't answer their phone and they do not respond to emails. I applied over a month ago for ppp loan . I was approved by SBA. and etc. This has been the worst experience ! Still waiting on final documents . These people say they process the applications in the order they are received. That is a lie . I’ve applied with them a month ago nobody’s answering the phone nobody’s written back to my emails what’s going on with my application...I’m still waiting on a closing letter I’ve signed one piece of document that’s it you guys are horrible at communication somebody please help me get my application through

Hi all I did was upload my signed loan document and it went back to pending reverification. I was already 3 days in waiting for funding. I just wanted to inform you that I was already at the funded part, got impatient and uploaded a document you already have. I'm asking can I go straight to funding? I was already approved. Most shady company I have seen or dealt with... Withdrew my app 2/21, applied with another lender for PPP 3/1 and received a rejection because shady b2c did not withdraw my app. Time is now running out and B2C refuses to answer any calls, emails or have a human respond to you. Stay away from them for anything, ******** small businesses is their game.

excellent support and timely submission and update on status.. no unnecessary paperwork .. To the point paperwork.
Not a good experience. Application from 2 months ago and no real help. The person that did once try to help changed my entire application and its all wrong. Unable to reach anyone. No response to emails. Calls. Unprofessional. SBA needs to hold them accountable.

I applied 1/23, no movement, no emails, cancelled my application and applied with someone else was pre-approved however was denied because bizz2ctedit submitted my application to SBA and SBA denied my application with another lender but on bizz2credit it still says submit to SBA no update and when I contact someone they don’t reply or answer any emails. I just need to know if I was approve or not?!

I have been trying to contact this company for over 2 weeks my app was approved and then went to need more information status all of my docs are signed and uploaded my application has been in more information status sense 2/9/21 it is now 03/3/21 and I have not been contacted or able to contact the company about the situation and it’s going on a month

My PPP application has been 'pending' with the SBA for about a month now, which is way beyond the average processing time. The main issue is I have reached out to Biz2Credit more than five times via call, email and through their website. I have gotten zero responses over the course of weeks, and have no way to get a hold of them, an update, etc. I am very worried we will not receive these funds as a result of biz2Credits incompetence.
