Still waiting on help with our PPP loan. It's like a ghost town trying to call and/or email. A month in at this point.

I have been trying to get in touch with my loan officer for weeks now with no success. I have a deadline to get approved and this company just holds funds that where already sent by the SBA. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

Still no help as of March 22 Applied weeks ago and very slow moving. Have seen ppl applied after me get funded already. Finally received response from support and they asked us to link bank account to ****** but our bank will not pull up no matter what I try which is odd bc our bank referred us to them! Stopped by the bank to see if they could help but they couldn't get it either. At every turn its something else. Lots of frustration; very little transparency Like plenty of others, I was excited to see my PPP application quickly approved and ETRAN number secured.....only to find out Biz2Credit might not have been an honest broker. It has been more than a month of trying to get in touch with some one from the company to get an answer to my questions. I've received very little beyond form emails promising resolution or contact from a specialist within a few days. If I could give them zero stars I would!!! It’s already frustrating that being a real small minority business/restaurant the odds are against us !!! But this company has had me in limbo for month while they fund these bigger companies and after a month or so I get movement the get declined then come to find out slot of ppl got declined for no reason ... after the withdrew me I have still not gotten my etran number canceled which is now preventing me to apply any other lender so now I’m even more ******* as if being a minorit... read more

I wanted to leave zero stars for the bad experience dealing with this company!! You have to keep sending emails with no response will get when Etran number hold hostage so can't apply anywhere else... i'm currently trying to get my application withdrawn please use another company.. this has been a stressful process waiting almost 2 months for nothing,,

They are HORRIBLE I have been requesting for someone to contact in regards to the application on file. I DID NOT FILE THAT APPLICATION. I tried to file my own PPP and was told that I couldn't because there was a application on file! I requested to have the application withdrawn for fraudulent reasons. They never respond to emails nor do they answer calls.

I applied with them for my second PPP on 1/13/2021. Horrible experience. I finally got movement on my application after over a month and then I received a denied email, even though I have a Etran number with SBA. The reason is Improper guarantor identity authentication. I can't get submitted to the sba with another lender because it keeps coming back as another lender already submitted. There is no way to contact Biz2credit on the phone and no one responds to the MANY emails I have sent. Very unprofessional company. I might ... read more
