this bussines is joke, i wish i never had any bussines with them.Applied for PPE loan in january and went through 4 months of back and forward uploading documents multiple times and on the end nothing everything errased. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME

I applied for the PPP program in March 13, 2021 for first draw and received a approval E_TRAN number back in April. Since then I have been asked for the same documents.. even asking me to linked my bank account so that they can look at my business transactions. I am a licensed home daycare and all my payments come from the state because my parents receive state subsidy. I am a small non profit organization that has been struggling during Covid. I have applied for a ppp and I only qualify for $750 from SAB but anything is better than nothing. These people have given me the run around...Ask me for SAME documents over and over again and I get email requests from 3 different people like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing....Im SO SO frustrated. I'm going to be very angry if they screw this up for me...I could have gone to other loan processors. I wish I had read these revie... read more
This company is the worst. I was approved 3-15 received Etran signed all documents. And it is now 5-16. Tried to withdraw my application and they won’t let me online. And they don’t respond back to emails or answer calls. It’s just very sad, and I’m hoping a law suite be filed against Biz2credit.

Biz2credit is asked for documentation that is not required. Customer service is either non responsive or if sending a reply it does not include useful information. Process took greater than 6 weeks and resulted in no benefit. When entran withdraw was requested reply was just more illogical questions, Result was inability to go to other provider nor progress with biz2credit and no PPP loan though qualified Overall - incompetent and extremely unprofessional

Biz2 Credit is the worse company to deal with regarding your PPP loan. I submitted my first application for a PPP loan back in March. After 4 weeks, they withdraw the application for no apparent reason. I re-applied for the second time again it was withdrawn after a long period of time. I re-applied for the third time. They took a long time to reply back to me. I got approved both time with SBA , got my E-TRAN number and everything. My experience was great with biz2credit, they were very informative, prompt and quick. Excellent service!
I have been approved since February 5,2021 with biz2credit, lender ***** ******** *** and have yet to be funded. I’m just getting a automated message from every email I try to reach out to them with. Calling is pointless because no one ever answer. At this point I’m just letting my lawyer step in because instead of being able to use the money I have been approved for to keep my business afloat, I wasn’t. Hello Biz2credit, my application since January 24 2021 i was approved but never received my funding even after they received all the documents they requested and esign my document. I noticed my application was showing "withdrawn"ON 04/24/2021 I do not know whom at biz2credit withdrew the application but 100% was not me.
