This company does not communicate well. We had a problem submitting a document. Instead of telling us something was wrong with what we submitted, they told us they needed the document. They should have said, “Thank you for submitting form X but the following information was missing.” That could have solved the problem in three minutes rather than three months. My CPA submitted the form and claimed an amount for the loan. Then they delayed the loan significantly (see above) and then approved less than half the amount without ... read more
