This was one of the worse experiences in my professional accounting career. The support was beyond terrible. Difficult to navigate and if there were any issues they were unresponsive. Very surprised that AICPA would associate with such an incompetent organization. Don't walk...run from any association with them. Complete waste of time !!!

The process was quick, easy and hassle free. Forgiveness was the same! Very easy to work with!
1st draw PPP, everything was great. 2nd round was all over the place, with 3 diff loan officers, approved by SBA with an E-Tran for 3 months. Offered 4 different loan amounts. Had my application with drawn twice. The last time they waited so long it was past the May deadline. So I could apply with anyone else. Terrible experience.

Unprepared, dishonest, liars...The list goes on. This company demanded documents, and received them (sometimes more than 10 times), cancelled loan applications with no notification, lied about the workability and functionality of their software, was unable to properly track loans and their status with SBA. Total lack of customer and user support - Rarely, if ever, able to reach someone who was capable or willing to assist. They arranged for my second PPP loan. So much easier thank the bank I used for my first PPP loan. They made applying for the loan and apply for forgiveness so much easier and timely.
I am very happy with the process from Biz2Credit. Very easy to understand and the loan was life changing. I would recommend this process to any struggling business owner to help them stay a float.
Poor communication. I wish just once someone would have followed through in helping with my delayed payment. As soon as I open a ticket, they closed it without resolving. There is also no way to contact a person by phone. 0 stars for customer service.

My experience through both my 1st and 2nd draw for the ppp has been nothing but great! The application and loan approval process was easy and fast.! We went to Biz2Credit because our credit union didn’t offer PPP services, other banks wouldn’t work with us because we had no accounts with them, and other on line services were unresponsive to us as a partnership. Totally positive experience working with Biz2Credit for first PPP loan. The application and loan approval process was easy and fast. Dirto for the forgiveness application.
