This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a financial company! Biz2Credit did not respond to inquiries and cost me the opportunity to receive much needed funds from the PPP process. I provided all of the required information, my portal was always green, I made multiple attempts to contact them and then they withdrew my application without notifying me. Used them for processing my PPP loan 1 and went seamlessly. Draw 2 was delayed so much that I missed the sba deadline and dint received funds I had already been approved for from SBA! Communication is terrible, follow up by processors is non existent, and support is a joke! Thank God my draw 1 was forgivven, however not receiving funds for draw 2, due to this company's inability to manage clients applications, has crippled my business.

They were just as speedy getting me forgiveness as the loan!
Biz2Credit has made my entire PPP 1st and 2nd loan draw loans so easy and seamless. They have been fast, professional, and super efficient to work with. I have already had my 1st draw forgiven by the SBA through Biz2Credit's application process. So I can not say enough positive things about them in my SBA COVID-19 loans experience. I am very pleased and very grateful. My business will survive COVID-19.
When I taught Business Management and Supervision, I used my experience with various organizations as examples of exceptionally good, or exceptionally poor, business practices. I am retired now, which is unfortunate because Biz2Credit has provided me with a great example of what NOT to do. I applied for a PPP loan for a small church with only one paid employee.
