We went to Biz2Credit because our credit union didn’t offer PPP services, other banks wouldn’t work with us because we had no accounts with them, and other on line services were unresponsive to us as a partnership. Poor service. It was impossible to reach anyone for loan forgiveness. I had to reach out to my Congressman, then they finally responded. No apology, just business as usual.

I got my first PPP loan with Bizz2Credit. From the start to finish the application process was very easy and user friendly. Upon approval they have set up online demo for borrowers which was very informative. The staff did a wonderful job covering all the material pertaining the loan. I’m forever thankful to have gotten the loan to keep my small business up and running. ***** *
First draw for PPP went relatively smoothly, but the application for the 2nd draw was beyond abyssmal. We had all of our required documents uploaded and accessible for over a month, and we had 3 different Biz2Credit reps sending emails asking us to provide documents they already had. It was like each rep was starting from square 1 and didn't know how to access our account. Amazing company with amazing staff. I absolutely recommend it. It was super easy to apply for a loan and they continue to email to make sure if I have any questions to contact them. Most companies once they get your business they wouldn’t care about you anymore.
This is one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. No humans to speak to only email, which are not responded to. They completely lost my application and reflected it as withdrawn without any notice.
