You lost my application in you system, and would not allow me to adjust information on the application to correct it. Which you indicated was necessary. We me and my PCA both tried multiple time over 3 week and could get responses via email but NO access to the account !

It’s been a horrific process. I was approved then my status changed to more information needed. It took so long to get help with this and I sent the same documents multiple times. I have to email the CEO to get a response or any movement on my application. Finally, I had a new funding specialist who was responsive and helped get my application approved again. Stay away....would give negative stars if i could Received funding for my PPP loan, down to wire for sending in documents for forgiveness, site only allows you to partially fill out, have called technical support, called customer service, emailed both, emailed original loan person, emailed my "specialist" indicated on my dashboard, for 2 weeks and NOTHING! Called today, only get a directory, put in my "specialist" name and you guessed it...doesn't EXIST!! SO what, NOW I HAVE A LOAN that is due for forgiveness and i CANT comp... read more
