I applied for a PPP loan through ******** ***** Credit Union. They used Biz2Credit. At time I thought the name sounded unprofessional but I put my trust in the bank. After being approved by the SBA I thought I was ok but like many described I began receive many emails requesting more information which I complied with everything. Biz2Credit helped me secure a PPP Loan for $9300. They claim it has been forgiven, but have not replied to the numerous emails I have sent to them asking for proper confirmation of this fact. The SBA told me that I can only resolve the matter with the lender, which leaves me stuck trying to get a response from a lender that is absolutely uninterested in helping their customers - unless it involves securing a loan, or a second loan. Extremely frustrating to deal with. And customer service is useless!

This company is unprofessional and unfair financial practices. Avoid this company at all cost. No way to talk to anyone and they have all you personal information without giving you any help

I've applied for a ppp loan for my company with biz2credit 1st draw went quickly I received email to apply for 2nd draw on April 5th did all requirements signed 2483 etc received etran # from sba and then all of a sudden I was asked to link bank acct I did that a day later asked for several documents that were not needed sent those as well after that was sent an email link bank acct and was told by my funding specialist my chime bank acct wasn't allowed to link I dont have a chime acct I bank with chase then I was asked for ... read more

I have obtained a first PPP with this company and later decided to apply for the second draw. My first complaint is that despite numerous emails informing them that a new law changed the requirements for small business, allowing us to use our gross instead of our net profits. I have been funded for my PPP loan I was approved and given my loan. For my first draw. It was very seamless. HOWEVER, I have applied for my second draw 3 times and it has been a complete nightmare. This company is very unprofessional and not compliant with the SBA. They have withdrawn my applications WITHOUT my permission every time I submit a new second draw. Very bad customer service and they are big liars as well. Even when I have CC major players and biz2credit responded that they have email us. Who and where did that email message went to. They have sabotage us from going elsewhere because they wouldn’t let us go elsewhere. Poor customer service and do not respond to email no matter if the SBA personnel was CC to the email. This business is accepting applications for PPP Loans and applying a ETrans number before they send your app to Compliance. This holds your application in limbo looking to be funded until the first step which is Compliance is done last. I am reporting Biz2Credit. I have applied for the PPP SBA loan through Biz2Credit. Well there were updates stipulations put in place which slowed the process down. I requested for my application to be removed so I could submit to another financial institution. I received an email stating my status would be updated in 48-72 hours. At the time it was in "Pending" Status. I logged into the website to check my status and it had moved up to "Submitted" Status.
