I waiting for closing documents for ppp lone has been approved by sba and I have ETran number almost 2 months no respond to any email. 20 email to them no respond for updates Aske cancel my application to apply to other landers no respond I think I have to pass to my attorney to take it to legal action.

I am a small business owner. On April 2nd, I had applied for a PPP 2nd Draw loan at Biz2Credit. My first loan went by smooth. Now when I'm doing my second loan, it states there are documents missing but i have given them all I had. I had received a notification stating that the SBA has accepted my application and they had given me my loan terms on the dashboard and a E-Tran number. Biz2credit is continuously giving me the run around. I have been approved for my PPP for 2 months. Ive submitted all required documents. I have linked my bank account to yodlee. they keep requesting documents that have already been submitted. Ive been requesting to have my application withdrawn for a month now and I can't seem to get anywhere with this company. Horrible communication. This has been by far the most frustrating experience! I have been in the "submitted" stage for over a month! I was informed via email that I was approved, given a loan number, submitted my business bank account information for deposit and signed the required 2483 form and it has been "stuck" in this stage since then. I have been emailing both the customer service email as well as my funding specialist Sam P. but I have YET to hear back. 1st draw went smoothly but the 2nd draw is a nightmare they won’t admit that it’s something wrong with there system everytime my account goes to the pending Reverification process it always goes back to the screen more information needed I have provided all the information that was asked of me and connected my bank account more than several times it is impossible to get in touch with anyone to help even when I email support no one ever responds and if they do it doesn’t even pertain to the question that you ask. They **** as a company. No one answers the phones nor communicates properly AT ALL! You can send all the emails you want they aren’t responding to work with you they just tell you this is that and yes DEAL WITH IT! Very unprofessional company and you would think they’d have some type of compassion during these trying times! Terrible!

First ppp was smooth with them but the second one been a complete nightmare ... it’s hard to reach them and not only that my account was locked for no reason given .... communication is horrible people you will only talk to bots ... *******

This company is a scam. I have no idea what they do with all the information they request but processing a loan is not part of it. There is no phone number for support, only an email. Any email response is a broken English assurance that they are very busy and are working on it.
