Biz2credit have been nothing but a bad experience you have to run them down and try to get them to respond to you I understand that they are working many cases but they are unprofessional I submitted an app March 17th and I haven’t heard not one response only that they have received my app no update at all. #********* If I have sent in all my documents and you can even pull up my business filings and everything then what is the problem. I filed my application with Biz2credit on 3/10/2021. I have been in verification status since the 3/14/2021! They told me that they didn’t need anymore information to move forward with my funding but they haven’t sent me closing documents to be funded yet or anything! Everytime I email them they say the same thing but I haven’t gotten any results! My application number is: **********. Thanks

I applied for a PPP loan through Biz2Credit on January 16. January 29 it was approved by the SBA. It is now March 28 and I have not seen one penny of my loan. When I go to the SBA site it just shows approved but not fully disbursed??? Biz2 credit has drug their feet from the beginning. Just a couple of days ago I checked my app on Biz2Credit and there was another business' bank statement uploaded on my account! Now how does this happen? Good experience turns horrible. ID: ****** . I have been stuck on the "Pending Verification" for weeks now. I have emailed over 20 people, multiple times, including the CEO and Board of Directors. After finally getting a reply, I was threatened with a withdraw if I did not submit extra documents within a 24 hour period. (Which I had no problem doing and did) However, after waiting weeks for a reply and being threatened, I asked for the reasons why and voiced my concerns. Save yourself a headache.. After waiting 4 weeks, with no responses to my email receiving generic emails back that were not pertaining to my issues, tickets being closed without resolution. I requested that both my Biz2credit application be withdrawn and my SBA number be closed. And it's been over a week still nothing. I recognize this company is extremely busy. But they need to be more personable and communicate with their customers.

Attention Business Owners: Do NOT use Biz2Credit for any form of loans and funding. Avoid them, I’m serious. After being approved by them in early February & receiving a loan number, they had me in limbo waiting for the actual funding for about a month. Then guess what? They changed their minds and declined me. After a month of having me sitting there waiting thinking I was approved. Biz2Credit is a poorly run company with no values. It has taken almost 3 months to get funding. No response to emails! This experience was frustrating.

I apply for a PPP loan with Biz2credit and went through the whole process and uploaded all documents as instructed to do so. I checked my portal every day or so for updates. I received my approval and even receive my E-tran number and that is where I have not heard anything else from the company. I signed my first set of papers which was the 2384 form. Biz2 credit barely email you back i was waiting for my contact for the longest Sba already approved my loan I already filled out the doc information I sent several emails and I keep getting automatic messages and no response yet I never experience anything like this company before smh it would be really nice if they can finish up with my application so I can move forwards
