Unbelievable, this company is a fraud! I have been waiting for someone to get back to me for 8 weeks about my 'approved' PPP loan. Unfortunately, since Biz2Credit received the first approval from the SBA, no other lender can get an approval. And Biz2Credit is not following through... What more can we do as customers to get the customer service that we need and deserve. And I agree with the previous person who said the 5 star review are FAKE! Without a doubt they are fake! So this company will take you all the way to contract signed awaiting funds & not fund you or let your loan number expire. my process at first been pretty smooth but up until it’s time to get funded I’ve applied February 24th approved Thursday no movement since when I’ve emailed CPA SUPPORT their generic email states 48hrs so does website I would hope they are not false advertising of fast approvals and funded just to get clients! Horrible. I was approved by the SBA for over $11 which my company needed to pay people and I tried on countless times to show them that and they REFUSED to respond, refused to go over it again and only gave $4000 which doesn't even cover wages on 1 person let alone rents and other things it can be used for!! I asked at least 5x for them to review it according to SBA approval and rules and they to this date have not replied!!!! It’s been a complete nightmare! I own a small business! I applied for a loan through them. Original application was denied, system error! I withdrew my application and applied elsewhere and was immediately accepted! But now I have a loan on th caweb portal!! I called and left multiple of emails. Business is on the verge of closing down! No response to emails nor calls and it been over 4 months! Such low communication compared to other lenders!!

I completed my contract on February 10 2021 was told by a representative Life Application would be set to SBA and I'm worried received an email what day is the next couple days it has been almost a month now haven't heard anything from this company. Great I am going lose my small business because they are holding g my contract in limbo and no other lender can process my loan.

If I could I would leave this place with zero stars. They do not answer emails or phone calls and they do not keep you informed about what’s going on my loan has been funded since February 2 still no money!!!!!! I suggest anyone that plans on using this company please do not they are getting over on people this is ridiculous!!!

The process was simple. My inquires were responded to promptly. Great customer service!
THE WORST EVER!! Do not do anything with them. They do not try to help at all. They do not reply to any emails and they NEVER answer the phone. I can’t get another PPP. loan because I’m still under them. These is not how you run a business . Repeat “ DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THESE PEOPLE”...

I have had a very bad experience with biz2credit . My loan application status has changed multiple times and so have my amount of my loan . It went from $20,833 to $9,324 . My form schedule c was handwritten for 2020 so it couldn’t be used so I gave them my 2019 schedule c from my previous year tax return. Yet they still used my 2020 schedule c that they said couldn’t be used to base my loan for my loan. When I applied my loan suppose to be based on 2.5 times your monthly payroll.
