I applied with them for my second PPP on 1/13/2021. Horrible experience. I finally got movement on my application after over a month and then I received a denied email, even though I have a Etran number with SBA. The reason is Improper guarantor identity authentication. I can't get submitted to the sba with another lender because it keeps coming back as another lender already submitted. Hi, my experience with Biz2credit has been awful so far. From the never ending email, phone calls or even the texts I’ve sent out. Every time I upload something they always come back with more. Before I end each phone call, I ask, do you have everything you need. Obviously not because I’m back in the same spot I was 2 weeks ago. Be careful with them. *********

I’m now about to file an sba complaint! i don’t want to play games with them anymore! they ****!!! at this point i just want my etrans released!! most lenders do their verification before sending to the sba they do it after. they keep asking for the same documents!! why should they be able to hold our etrans! you don’t wanna give out funds fine! let me apply somewhere else

I’ve had an absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this company! I’ve been in the “submitted to SBA” queue since FEBRUARY 6TH. After logging on to CAWEB, I noticed that there’s an E-Tran number just sitting there waiting on them to fully execute my application, but they instead have minimal communication while you sit in limbo! They hardly ever respond to emails and when they do, it’s a robot. These people are literally holding my E-Tran hostage! Biz2credit needs to get it together. They are causing many issues for businesses by securing etran numbers, and pausing the loan process, especially with the deadline looming. My loan has been approved and the contract signed for 2 weeks. Everytime I email to ask when it will be funded they respond with a automated response saying 10-12 days. Biz2Credit has a dishonest loan system. The SBA requires lenders to review and verify all information before sending the information to the SBA. Biz2credit submits applications to SBA right away just to get an ETRAN number before actually seeing if the app has been accepted by the SBA. In that case they will send denials but showing the sba has reserved the money for me! No one answers, no one responds to emails! With such a faulty practice it makes my application complicated to be accepted by another lender because it shows... read more

Biz2Credit is extremely frustrating. I was told I was approved for my loan, but that more information is needed. It is impossible to reach anyone, and I am unsure what information it is they still need. Then I got a message that they are waiting for me to sign a docusign document that has not been sent to me. When I emailed them to inquire about the form, responding as they ask you to when inquiring about said form, let's just say the response I got was less than helpful and in no way addressed the issue of my signature.
