It is next to impossible to get into contact with anyone from Biz2Credit and their astoundingly awful customer service is hurting our business's ability to function. We applied for a PPP loan through Biz2Credit but decided to go through another lender and just needed our application with Biz2Credit withdrawn. We have tried for weeks to get someone to respond to our emails, phone calls, and social media messages. I want my loan withdrawn from your portal and my sba loan number released from the caweb portal. they have locked me out of my account. This company practices are unethical. Save yourself a big headache.

I APPLIED AT BIZ2CREDIT ON 3/2.21 AND ON 3/13 I SIGNED MY LOAN DOCS SO I CAN GET FUNDED AND TODAY 3/16 THEY WITHDREW MY APPLICATION WITH NO WARNING. I EMAILED NUMEROUS TIMES TO REMOVE MY E TRANS NUMBER. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE

I applied for a PPP loan and saw it sit in the same que on their website for weeks. I reached out, only by email as you cannot get a human, and I received an email telling me I made an error in my application, however they neglected to tell me the error. 3 emails later asking what the error was, I received an email saying it was resolved the status updated. I am EXTREMELY pleased with my experience applying for a 1st draw PPP Loan with Biz2Credit! I would definitely recommend them to others applying for a PPP Loan!
