I APPLIED AT BIZ2CREDIT ON 3/2.21 AND ON 3/13 I SIGNED MY LOAN DOCS SO I CAN GET FUNDED AND TODAY 3/16 THEY WITHDREW MY APPLICATION WITH NO WARNING. I EMAILED NUMEROUS TIMES TO REMOVE MY E TRANS NUMBER. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE

I applied for a PPP loan and saw it sit in the same que on their website for weeks. I reached out, only by email as you cannot get a human, and I received an email telling me I made an error in my application, however they neglected to tell me the error. 3 emails later asking what the error was, I received an email saying it was resolved the status updated. I am EXTREMELY pleased with my experience applying for a 1st draw PPP Loan with Biz2Credit! I would definitely recommend them to others applying for a PPP Loan! In fact, I've already referred 5 of my friends and family members! I first applied with ******** 1/14/21. After waiting 3 weeks I finally received an email saying my application was denied! Smooth process in the beginning, been waiting on funds for 3 weeks now.. THEN after being notified I was approved by SBA (wasn’t surprised) I get 2 of the same email saying to submit all my documents.. Like really ? All docs were sent and signed in the middle of FEB.. They are HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and did NOT abide by the SBA guidelines on the time frame.. Til this day I have YET been able to speak with someone via email or phone..
