I have had a very bad experience with biz2credit . My loan application status has changed multiple times and so have my amount of my loan . It went from $20,833 to $9,324 . My form schedule c was handwritten for 2020 so it couldn’t be used so I gave them my 2019 schedule c from my previous year tax return. Yet they still used my 2020 schedule c that they said couldn’t be used to base my loan for my loan. When I applied my loan suppose to be based on 2.5 times your monthly payroll. Biz2credit never answer the phone or emails,my account been saying funding Queue since 2/25.I email them on several occasions no one ever got back to me and I need my funding asap.I don't recommend them to anyone.

I just can not believe the terrible customer service BIZ2CREDIT has shown!!! The communication is horrendous, they act like you’re bugging them if you’re asking for an update on YOUR application, no one calls you back, you only get automatic replies from emails... I’m just over them to be honest. I was approved for the business loan 2/18/21 I’ve sent several emails and calls to informed I have NOT received the loan closing documents, I keeping someone to reply and say “it was sent to the email on file”. Each time I’ve tried to explain not received I’ve check junk/spam still no email and no one will re send it. The experience has been horrible. If I could give Biz2Credit no stars I would. I applied for a round 2 PPP loan through Biz2Credit in early-January. I received an email that I had been approved by the SBA in mid-January. Biz2Credit's website says please allow 10-12 business days for your loan to go through once the SBA has approved your application. It has been 7 weeks and I have still not heard from Biz2Credit. This company fundamentally lacks integrity. They've designed their loan processing to ensure that once you've submitted your application with them, you can't apply anywhere else. Once your application has been submitted, there is literally not a single person the company that will communicate with you. They don't have a phone number and their "Funding Specialists" refuse to respond to any emails. I've tried to cancel my application for three weeks now.
