My company had applied for PPP loan back in March. I had reached out in regards to several missing requirements email. Response was slow and spotty. They also requested bank login information, signed documents, and bank statements. After no warning, our application was withdrawn. I called the number listed in the email signatures and could not get through until today where I was told that I couldn't be helped because I refused to provide any more details regarding my business after everything they had already received.

I would give them zero stars if I could. We went back and forth for MONTHS for a PPP loan, updating documents over and over. They refused to tell us what document was missing, even after uploading every single document they asked for. Everything was checked off, yet they said we were still missing information. Eventually, after barely any contact, never able to speak to anyone on the phone, our PPP loan was canceled and we never saw the money.

This company is very unprofessional. They will give you the run around after you have been approved by the Sba. They will sit on your application so you can't apply anywhere else. Then after the Sba runs out of money they will withdraw your application on their portal with no reason at all but hold it up on caweb. They are diffently scammers. Avoid biz2credit its not worth wasting your time just to miss better opportunities with a better and more professional lender

HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I ASKED FOR WEEKS TO SPEAK WITH AN ACCOUNT MANAGER ONLY TO BE REDIRECTED UNTIL FUNDING WAS GONE. HERE IS THE EMAIL I SENT: YOU MEAN TO TELL ME YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN JERKING ME AROUNDSINCE MARCH, UPLOADING DOCUMENTSTHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY HAD, SENDING ADDITIONAL INFORMATION THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY HAD THAT NOW IT'S TOO LATE. ZERO stars. This company wanted my online bank login information or 6 months worth of bank statements to process a PPP loan application. I refused and asked them to remove my PPP loan application. They never did remove it and I was unable to obtain the PPP loan before the funds ran out. I called, emailed and did everything I knew to do to get them to withdraw my application and there was no response. Our local SBA office even attempted to intervene and wasn't able to go anywhere. Biz2credit did what's best for them and not in the spirit to help small businesses. Being that my loan was very small, I was unable to get any communication whatsoever with them. They had someone reach out to me that barely spoke English once and could not answer my question. Many emails went unanswered for quite a while and even the responses were very short and vague.. After submitting my schedule C form for the PPP loan at least six times they withdraw my application. I’ve been waiting for months. I’ve spoken with over four different representatives. No one would tell me why my schedule C was not acceptable. I have a legitimate business and I feel scammed.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! DO NOT I REPEAT.... DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BS COMPANY. We applied for our PPP back in April NOBODY and i mean NOBODY answers the phone or emails. The worse part is once you submit through this lender and get approved somewhere else you STILL get denied because these a**hole won't cancel your application and keep you hostage of your application with them. I too applied for my second draw PPP through Biz2Credit, and I too was given the runaround. They have everything they need and I too had a Etran SBA number and now they won’t find my loan and my business needs this draw to survive. I’ve given them several documents numerous times. THEY ARE ASKING FOR DOCS THAT I have ALREADY GIVEN TO THEM AS A STALL TACTIC. I can’t call anyone and I can’t get a return call. My SBA Etran numbers and docs keep disappearing !!!
