They charged my Paypal without sending me notifications of renewal. I called and canceled my service on the phone the same day and also went on the website. I sent an email requesting a refund. They sent a letter saying they only give me $35.00 partial refund and I could keep Antivirus Plus for one year. This is unacceptable and I canceled them on Paypal and also reached out to Paypal for reimburstment.

subscription was charged a week before 1 year expired. When i cancelled, they only refunded 50 percent to try and keep you. service was worst and better products to protect your computer.
Continued to charge me 2 years after a canceled subscription. Then when I contact them to receive a refund they want me to provide additional financially sensitive details instead of working with me to find an amicable solution for both parties. 1/10 terrible customer service for a scummy company.
This company does not even deserve 1 star. I have my monthly subscription set up to for automatic withdrawal. They received my payment each month with no problems and now for November there is a problem. They're great until you ask them for a refund ?? then, it's tickets and telling you that they will get back to you as soon as possible, but they don't.

The customer came back onthe 4thof Sept with the next answer: "It has already been handled. Thank you". He didn't send us any information to locate a possible transaction, so based on his answer, we closed the case.
