Bought the software. Run into problems! Contact support which did not answer in 10 days. Attempted a refund which was denied from PayPal for no reason! Terrible company! No support, just scamming through seller protection.

Rereviewed and searched the customer throughout our database. However, we could not find any tickets or orders made with the e-mail address he has provided. As a solution,we opened a ticket and requested further information from him in order to solve his issue.'
Similar billing issues for me. They offered me an early renewal deal, which I fell for. They then billed me $89.95 for an auto-renewal a few months later, even though I had already renewed. Still try to get them to refund my money. Shady. Be careful with this company.

Bought bitdefender anti Virus plus 2017 for $11.99 on a special thanksgiving deal. Tried it. It has very little configuration options (you can't control what it is doing to you). The one thing I did configure it ignored. Requested an activation number (it was never sent after I bought it). Never got it, just a robo response that they were "working on it". Uninstalled it.
