Just brought our seventh Nissan and couldn't be happier. Thanks for the many years dealing with Jeff Jackson and now Jesus. My car is safe, comfortable, and a pleasure to drive. Jeff was excellent and answered every question we had.
After my husband was rear ended by an uninsured driver and not getting what I was expecting after my car was totalled by my Insurance, I was not looking forward to buying a new car, BUT after working with Heidi and buying my Chevy Equinox, I couldn't be happier!! She was amazing and made the process very enjoyable!! Her boss even sent us to Starbucks on the test drive and bought us each a coffee after hearing what we'd been through!! Always been treated well at the dealership and if you're in need of a vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate to send someone in. Also, there are sales people who do a great job for their customers, and then there is Jeff Jackson!!! Doesn't miss a thing... quick and informative... Always gets the correct info too. Had an absolute horrible experience, my fiancé had her purse stolen wallet keys everything. We went down to the dealership to purchase a replacement key with an old driver license, since that’s what she had for a picture I.D., the title , and registration for the vehicle. We were lead back to service where they started the paper work and then realized the key was not a fuab or a chip so we were directed to parts.
