I had the worst experience ever with this dealership. I do not recommend anyone ever doing business with them. They are dishonest, rude and their customer service is extremely subpar. I have bought many cars and I have never been treated as poorly as I was by them. I would rather drive across the state than EVER spend a dime with them. Buyer beware, they will scam you and lie to you. Just dont do it.
Ive been looking for a vehicle for a couple months and had visited this dealership a few weeks ago. I was told it would take an hour for service on our vehicle but ended up taking over 2 hours.
We just bought our second Nissan from AJ today. AJ is a great guy to work with. He will work hard to get you the best price possible. Today was one of the best car buying experiences we had ever had. Car buying is something that I dislike as I don’t like playing games. Bottom line, buying a car shouldn’t stressful, and AJ took all of the stress out of buying a car. We highly recommend that you ask for AJ when purchasing your next Nissan!
Amazing company. Great employees. I’ve had Nissans before. They are excellent vehicles. The staff here went over and above to help me find and purchase my new car, 2019 Nissan Rogue. It was great working with Isha. She is so knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Once I decided what I wanted she brought a few different cars to my home We also did all the paperwork at my home. With the virus and a terrible bad back I have this was so helpful for me. This is definitely my go to for any vehicles I may need in the future
Lisa did a great job for us. dealt with our crappy extended warranty company. they wanted to replace our transmission with a used transmission that had 45000 miles on it already. Lisa was able to get us a reman with no miles for very little out of pocket. we will definitely be buying our next car from Bill and Debbie Robertson Nissan.
