I have been sitting here for more than 2 hours for what is supposed to be an oil change. There were people after me who got done first because they knew a salesman who "bumped" them. Maybe, I'll just continue going to Firestone for my service.
This place is legit for Nissan service. A certain place worked on our Altima and caused a lot of havoc. The Altima lost all power on the fwy to Sunnyside and I had to get a tow. Zach took care of us and was a true professional. I have never been very impressed with auto repair services in general, but I will repair and buy all vehicles from this point foward at BR Nissan!
