We went in to look at vehicles and told them That we would be unable to purchase til after the end of Feb, there sales person repeatedly called and emailed us. We finally decided to go in after he repeatedly told us that they had financing options for us. WELLLLLLLL once we went in and saw him we have had to call and call and call to find out what was going on. Alberto keeps telling us that someone in the finance dept will call us and nothing. Alberto has made us feel as though we aren’t valued as a cuatomer

First time Buyer here. I utilized Costcos car pricing system and Was contacted by Billy Tallman from Bill Robertson Nissan. He kept in contact even when I missed my first appointment. Went in and left with a pre-owned vehicle that fell in my price range. He definitely made my first car buying experience Easy. He checked to make sure if there were additional keys for the car while we were waiting for the paperwork. When we left when all was said and done we had 2 keys. a great experience over all.
Was led to believe additional keys would be provided after the purchase of our pre-owned car. Numerous calls, emails, voicemails, and text messages have now gone unanswered regarding the subject over the past 6 weeks. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, now quite disappointed.
I just bought a car from them today. It was amazing! I told them how much i wanted to pay and they found many vehicles in my price range. They did all thhe paperwork all i had to do was sign. I live in Othello, and due to the fact I wasn't able to drive down to get the car, they delivered the car to me at my work in Othello! I can honestly say, if I ever have to buy a car again, I won't go to any other dealership.
We just purchased our 4th vehicle from here and have been treated great every time. They give a good value for trade in compared to what I checked with Kelly Blue Book. Thank you for being outstanding!
