Without a doubt, best car buying experience ever. Cliff was highly knowledgeable and we felt zero pressure. Great inventory and several choices that fit our budget. Other dealerships scoffed when I told them I didn't want to put money down but RJ and Cliff worked to make it happen. Robert delivered an equally exceptional experience and was a pleasure to work with. I wish we had come here sooner instead of wasting our time elsewhere.
This past interaction my wife and I had with your service team it felt like we were bothering them. The prior time we went in before this we were told to make an appointment next time ahead of time so they can order our oil filter so they have it ready when we arrive. So we did make an appointment for this past oil change, yet it still took them well over an hour for the oil change because they were waiting on the filter to arrive. It was pleasant experience purchasing my car at Bill Robertson Nissan . All stuff are very helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend this place for car purchase . Also , I had my oil changes done here and it was excellent customer service and would definitely go back . Great job !!!
