BBTS, I love you and don’t really want to leave a negative recommendation, but why have you stopped sending out notices before charging for preorders?I used to receive 10 day notices before you pulled my money and now I MIGHT get a 10 day notice a day or two before I get charged. It’s not too big of a deal on cheaper items but when you’re pulling close to $100 or more from my account it would be nice to have some warning so I can make sure I have my funds in order.
It was my first time buying from these guys...& I am very impressed. Very smooth from start to finish. Website is very easy to use....& they were very informative as to what was going on with all my orders. All my items were packed extremely well & arrived...fast & safe. Highly recommend BBT's to any toy collector!! I will definitely be a returning customer. 😊
