I ordered a marvel legends figure 3 weeks ago to Estonia and it hasn't arrived, although it said it "your order has shipped!" 3 days after purchasing, it didn't arrive within 3 weeks, although usually it takes about 2 weeks for an order to arrive, and then later I had bought a much more expensive Marvel legends 2 pack, very disappointed about the first order, taking an extremely long time, very dissapointed with the first one and hopefully the second one will take shorter, if it does then I might buy more products here...

I like e'm I have purchased hundreds of toys from them if I have a problem they have an easy return policy. If you compare them to amazon I would say quality over speed.

Worst service ever ! More than 6 days after the shipping notification, my order is again at the BBTS warehouse and they never respond to my message ! They don't give a S**T about the buyers !
I pre-order everything here and always came in great condition ... great $4 shipping ... the pile of loot is a great feature on the site.
EDIT: Got my second order from BBTS this week (a pile of loot). Once again, great service and fast shipping! My items arrived in great condition :-) I highly recommend BBTS! Ordered my first item from BBTS last month, the item arrived today, packaging and item in great condition. Lindsay was very helpful and quick to respond with all the information I needed! I can't wait to order from them again :-)
