Didn't pay much attention to the time it took for my order to arrive, since I live outside of US and expect it to take around 2-3 weeks. There has been no trouble. I've always gotten what I've paid for well packaged and delivered. And they notify you if there is any changes or delays.

Just appalled by the lake of respect I ordered a transformers ironhide movie figure from here four to five months ago and got scammed my item I never received I kindly sent out a Email about getting my money refunded and back into my account and had no reply or apology . I am very upset I almost cried . That they could be such frauds to me .
Been using BBTS since 2013, have ordered tons of figures for myself and my son, and I've never had a bad experience with them. I always get standard grade for my figures, and the boxes always come in mint condition. They pack everything really well.

Worst store I've ever bought from. Shipping has already taken 12 days with overly expensive shipping (26$ on a 69$ item), whereas the maximum time frame it should take is 12 days. In the meantime, the customer service literally lied to me saying it was on its way, telling me multiple times to just wait. After I contacted them asking for what the f they were doing, they finally said that all shipments were recalled due to god knows what reasons, and that now it's going to be shipped in up to 72 hours.
