I would like to say that I had a pre-order Triss Merigold DarkHorse statue on reserve for a couple of months with no hope of getting one and not only did I get it cheaper than anywhere, but they put 'fragile' on their box and it came in the best condition of any of the ones that I have. I used to order transformers from your store and never had any complaints. Thanks for doing me right!
Your shipping is atrocious
This is mostly about the customer service representative Cain. I ordered an mp Megatron, and had some issues with loose pins, and I broke the arm off my figure. Unfortunately, I regrettably got a little rude with Cain, even though it wasn't his fault. Pretty rude imo. Regardless, Cain was nothing but respectful, courteous, and answered any questions I had and was very helpful despite me being a little irrational. This is more for the people at BBTS to know that Cain is an excellent employee more than anything else
5 days and still pile of loot items have not been shipped.. Had send email, messaged on facebook, instagram and twitter also, not a single reply from your side.. Whats the use of paying upfront for instock items if you cannot ship it quickly..
Ordered Transformers Masterpiece Dinobot. It's a POS. Poorly made and nobody to fix or replace.

I know I ordered 'standard'' grade but the figure (black series 6'' admiral piett) I received was more like below standard grade. It was thrown is a box with zero, and I mean, zero packing materials unless they consider the receipt and their business card the packing materials. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN!!!! BEWARE fellow collectors!
It's the ultimate toy collectors store, and Toy's R Us never had this much stuff to drowl over.
