Atrociously slow! Placed my first order with BBTS on the 15th June and it's only just been dispatched today (21st June). It shouldn't take 4 working days to dispatch in stock items in this day and age! Factor in quoted shipping times to the UK and its going to be ages before this item arrives, whereas I'm ordering items from China/Singapore and getting them to the UK in the same time frame that it’s taken for you to dispatch my order. I would give zero stars if I could. I pre-ordered the Sandman Death Pop Vinyl from BBTS because they were the only company selling them. I got a shipment notification back in May. Now, in the end of June, I have not received my package. I clicked on the tracking to find that it was marked “Delivered” on June 5th. But I don’t have it. I’ve had this issue with FedEx before, so I emailed customer service to ask for a replacement or a refund. So far in the past 15 years I have ordered 2 items from them, and very recently just today my order didn't ship as planned due to a rare circumstance where there was a shortage of the item. BBTS didn't get it in bulk so they refunded me and give me a 10 dollar store credit. I'm currently expecting a full refund from them but unfortunately for us Canadian buyers will have to suffer the fact there will no "full refund" due to currency rate....
