Been using bigbad for pre-orders for a long while. A couple weeks ago I ordered my first item listed as "substandard" grade. Well I definitely won't do that again and after the response from customer service, I'll be looking elsewhere to buy anything from. The item I ordered, arrived open, first thing I did was contact Bigbad, they told me to remove it from the box and see if anything was missing. Second time I have ordered for this site and it reminds me why I don't shop here. Once again I get a figure in terrible condition and as a collector and toy seller, I can't stress enough to not purchase from this site. Great selections of items but that's about it. I wish they would stand behind there products more. Find your figures from other websites.
